Dear
Interested Festival Investor,
Below is a copy of our vending contract for this year's Trinidad and
Tobago Festival weekend.
Please
read the contract and complete the requested information (below) on
(2) two copies and return one signed copy to us by the deadline date,
together with at least 50% of the Rental Fee by Money Order or Certified
Check to:T.T.A.B. c/o Gloria Gibbs, 1610 Burnwood Road, Baltimore,
MD 21239

Contract
You may at your option, pay the entire rental fee at the time you
submit your application.All
Food Vendors are required by law to have a FOOD PERMIT from the Baltimore
City Health Department. This applies to all vendors who are selling:
cooked foods, sodas, prepared drinks, fruits, coconuts, sugarcane, candies,
cakes, etc. If you wish to have T.T.A.B. obtain this permit for you,
an additional $50.00 (Cost of Permit) must be forwarded to us at the
same time you submit the rental fee, or, at least two (2) weeks before
the festival date, August 9th, 2002
REMEMBER: VENDORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES from
their spaces or anywhere in the vicinity of the Festival area. This
includes beer, wines, and wine coolers ect. Anyone found in violation
of this condition will be evicted from the Festival grounds without
any refund of rental fee.
